Install the latest Jasmine Salesforce package to receive the newest Jasmine updates for your Salesforce org. After the upgrade completes, reauthorize Jasmine Online Access if Jasmine Support has asked you to reconnect.
Your existing Jasmine data and settings will remain in place.
Before You Start
Use the package install link provided by Jasmine Support. Package links are version-specific, so do not reuse an old install link from a previous upgrade.
You must log in with a Salesforce user who has permission to install packages.
Steps to Upgrade the Jasmine Salesforce Package
1. Open the package install link
Copy the package install link provided by Jasmine Support and paste it into your browser's address bar.
2. Log in to Salesforce
Log in with your Jasmine/Salesforce admin account.
3. Select Install for All Users
When Salesforce asks who should receive access, select Install for All Users.
4. Click Install
Click Install to begin the package upgrade.
5. Grant third-party website access
If prompted, select Yes, grant access to these third-party web sites, then click Continue.
6. Wait for the package upgrade to finish
Salesforce will install the package update. This usually only takes a few minutes.
7. Verify the installed package version
After the install completes, go to Setup, search for Installed Packages, then open Installed Packages.
Find Jasmine Practice Management and confirm the version number matches the version Jasmine Support asked you to install.
8. Reauthorize Jasmine Online Access
After the package upgrade is complete, reauthorize Jasmine Online Access from Configuration Center.
Follow the steps in Lightning: Authorize Online Access.
Troubleshooting
If the package install link does not work, contact Jasmine Support for the current package install link.
If the installed package version is lower than expected, confirm you used the latest package install link provided by Jasmine Support.
If authorization fails after the upgrade, refresh Configuration Center and try authorizing again.
