Lightning: Authorize Online Access

Authorize Online Access connects Jasmine Practice Management in Salesforce to Jasmine Online services. Complete this step when setting up Jasmine or when Jasmine support asks you to reconnect online access after an upgrade.

Steps to Authorize Online Access

1. Open the App Launcher

In Salesforce Lightning, click the App Launcher icon in the top-left corner.

2. Search for Configuration Center

In the App Launcher search box, type Configuration Center.

3. Open Configuration Center

Click Configuration Center from the search results.

4. Click Authorize

In Configuration Center, find Jasmine Online Access, then click Authorize.

Step 4 - Click Authorize

5. Allow access

Salesforce will open an authorization prompt. Click Allow to let Jasmine Practice Management communicate with your Salesforce org.

6. Confirm authorization

After authorization completes, you should see Authorization successful.

Troubleshooting

If authorization fails, make sure you are logged in with the correct Salesforce user and have the permissions required to authorize connected apps.

If you recently installed or upgraded the Jasmine Salesforce package, refresh the Configuration Center page and try authorizing again.
