Starting a new message thread
Go to a Patient's Contact record
Click Related
Scroll to the Messages section
Click New Message
Enter a message in the Message field. (Currently, only text is supported.)
Click Save
Replying to a message
Go to a Patient's Contact record
Click Related
Scroll to the Messages section
Click on a message
Click Reply
Enter a message
Click Reply
