Enabling overdue invoice emails will send emails to patients when the receipt date is 30/60/90 days overdue. In the absence of a receipt date, the system will use the receipt created date.
Click the App Launcher icon
Search "Configuration Center"
Click Configuration Center
Click the Email Configuration Tab
Click the Enable / Disable button under Enable Overdue Invoice Emails
A success message will appear
