Click Setup

In the search box, type "Organization-wide Address".

Click the Organization-Wide Address menu item

Click the Add button

Enter the Display Name & Email Address fields

Select "Allow All Profiles to Use this From Address" radio button

Click Save
Check your inbox for the email address used to verify the email address

Click Continue
