Click Setup

Search for "Custom Settings" or go to Build->Develop->Custom Settings

Click "Manage" for Calendar Config

Click "Edit"

Enter the number of rooms in the "Treatment Rooms" field. To set the time period to stagger between appointments, use the "Availability Time Slot Duration" field - in minutes.

Click "Save"
