Patient Reactivation Emails are a way to nudge patients, who haven't been to the office in a while, to take care of their health.

Patient Reactivation Emails are sent 30 days, 60 days, and 1 year after the patient's last appointment.

Click the All Tabs

Click the Configuration Center tab

Click the Email Configuration tab

Click the Enable Patient Reactivation Email button
