Availability Time Slot Duration
The Availability Time Slot Duration field tells the system how often to look for available appointment times to show on the online widget. For example, let's say the last appointment on your calendar ended at 1pm and the Availability Time Slot Duration is set at 30 minute intervals, then the next available appointments the system will show the patient will be 1pm, 1:30pm, 2pm, etc…

Click Setup

Search for "Custom Settings" or go to Build->Develop->Custom Settings

Click "Manage" for Calendar Config

Click "Edit"

Ent the "Availability Time Slot Duration" field - in minutes.

Click "Save"
