Go to the Calendar + tab

Click on the date and time of the recurring event
In the Create Appointment dialog, click "Edit more event fields"

Enter a Subject

Choose a Patient Contact, if appropriate.

Choose a Service, if appropriate.

Set Show Time As "Out of Office" to block time out, if appropriate.

Click Create Recurring Series of Events

Select the recurrence you want and click Save
