Configure number of chairs & chair availability time slot duration
Click Setup
Search for “custom settings” and click the menu item
Click the “Manage” action next to Calendar Config
Click “Edit” to update Treatment Chairs & Chair Availability Time Slot Duration fields
Enter values for Treatment Chairs & Chair Availability Time Slot Duration fields
Click Save
Configure Community Business Hours
Click Setup
Search for “business hours” and click the menu item
If Community Business Hours does not exist, click New Business Hours button.
Set Business Hours Name to “Community”Check the Active checkboxSelect the time zoneSet the time for community acupuncture
Click Save
Create Community Acupuncture Service
Click the “All Tabs” (+) link
Click the Services tab
If Community Acupuncture service does not exist, click the New Service button
Enter the Name for this service and the Duration and check the checkbox for Community Acupuncture
Click Save
