Click Setup

Search "Objects"

Click Build -> Create -> Objects

Scroll down & click on "SOAP Note"

Find and click on the points field

Scroll to the Values section and click the New button

Add meridians and points and click Save when done

Recorder the values by clicking on the Reorder button

Select the value and use the arrow buttons to reorder
